With remote support, one of our software instructors can view your screen and take control of your computer over the Internet in a secure and safe enviornment. (You can terminate the session at any time.)

(908) 788-7228. (We currently do not offer support for Mac OS.)

To start your pre-arranged support session:

1. Download our small remote support applicaton
2. When you see the Security Warning screen, click Run to launch the program.


(You may need to click Run a second time. )
If the Run option isn't available: click Save, then put the file on your Desktop. Double-click the apple icon on your desktop.
