Management Team

The CoreMatrix Management team is comprised of senior sales, marketing and consulting veterans who have been in the technology business for an average of 20+ years. The management team brings together a wealth of experience in the business application of technology as well as the running of innovative consulting organizations.

Frank McMahon

Frank McMahon – Co-Founder

Frank provides overall strategic and executive leadership to the CoreMatrix team. He has 23 years of experience in the technology business as a top performer in sales and sales management positions for leading enterprise software companies such as Siebel, Oracle and Texas Instruments. His primary roles at CoreMatrix are strategic planning, financial management, business development, and operations management. Frank has a BS in Business Administration & Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.

   
Paul Nix

Paul Nix – Co-Founder

Paul brings 25 years of executive leadership, sales management and partner channel management to the CoreMatrix team. His resume includes 20 years of highly successful sales and sales management in the application software arena, primarily at Siebel and Oracle. In addition, he spearheaded Oracle’s Partner Channel program under Ray Lane (Oracle’s former President). Paul’s primary roles at CoreMatrix are: executive leadership, strategic planning, business development, and partner management. Paul has a BA in Economics from Gettysburg College.

   
Keith Schmidt

Keith Schmidt – Vice President, Sales

Keith is the VP of Sales for CoreMatrix. Keith has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry working at companies such as Unisys, Siebel Systems, and salesforce.com. His success is based on his broad background as a programmer, project manager, senior pre-sale and post-sale manager, and successful sales career in enterprise software and services delivery sales as well as his ability to establish long-term relationships built on trust and providing his customers with solutions that deliver high value. Keith has a BA in Political Science from Gettysburg College where he also earned his Secondary Education Certification to teach Social Studies.

   
Mark Werrell

Mark Werrell – Vice President, Consulting Services

Mark is responsible for leading the CoreMatrix consulting team, managing the operational health of the consulting business and ensuring project success and 100% customer satisfaction. He also plays an active role in new business development, working collaboratively with the sales team and overseeing pre-sales assignments and activities. Mark has 19 years of experience in the consulting services industry, both in the US and internationally. His professional background includes Endeca, GlassHouse Technologies, where he started the New York region, and almost eight years with Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) where he helped establish the London office and held regional management positions in both Europe and the US. Prior to CTP, Mark held management positions with Cap Gemini and Oracle Consulting in the United Kingdom. Mark is also the co-author of “Executive’s Guide to Web Services.” Mark has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Sussex in the UK.

   
Mary Keller

Mary Keller – Director, Human Resources, Finance and Administration

Mary is responsible for leading our HR organization, which includes recruitment, compensation, employee relations, employee benefits, and performance management. She also serves as the head of Finance, managing receivables and payables, as well as financial reporting for the company. Mary has more than 20 years experience, running large-scale Human Resource organizations. She spent 15 years at J.P. Morgan Inc. on Wall Street as a Vice President in their HR division, with responsibility for a global population of 3,000 employees. Prior to her time at J.P. Morgan, Mary worked at The Port Authority of NY and NJ and managed the recruiting function for their prestigious engineering and technology divisions. Mary has an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. degree in Management and Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University.

   
Jennifer Neal

Jennifer Neal – Vice President, Marketing

Jen’s responsibilities include defining and driving our positioning, messaging, and marketing programs. She has over 13 years experience, marketing high tech products and services with expertise in developing marketing strategies, branding and positioning, and creating effective advertising and lead generation campaigns. She has worked in both Silicon Valley and New York City, most recently at Oddcast Inc., a viral marketing company specializing in avatar technology and AzoogleAds, a leading performance-based ad network. Prior to these experiences, Jen spent several years in California, managing advertising, marketing and creative services functions for Claria, a pioneer in behavioral targeting technology and Creative Labs, a hardware manufacturer of soundcards, MP3 players, and speakers. Jen has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
