To start your pre-arranged support session, click here.
This will launch a program on your computer that allows us to view your screen and take remote control. (You can terminate the session at any time.)
When you see the Security Warning screen, click Run to launch the program.

You may need to click Run a second time.
If the Run option isn't available: click Save, then put the file on your Desktop. Double-click the apple icon on your desktop.
